Welcome to HustleBuddy. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. We've kept them straightforward.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the information you enter. Use the app for your own lawful business purposes.

Subscription & billing

HustleBuddy is offered as a subscription: a free trial period, then $9.99/month unless you cancel.
Payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; it doesn't retroactively refund the current period.
Prices may change; we'll give notice before any change affects you.

Important — not professional advice. HustleBuddy's tax summaries, profit numbers, mileage estimates, and business-coaching features are tools to help you organize and think about your business. They are not tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice. Always confirm important decisions with a qualified professional. You are responsible for your own tax filings and business decisions.

Your content

The business data, photos, and text you put into HustleBuddy are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the app to you. You're responsible for having the right to use any photos or information you upload.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability & "as is"

We work hard to keep HustleBuddy reliable, but we provide it "as is" without warranties. We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. Some places don't allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using HustleBuddy and delete your account at any time (in the app, or at hustlebuddy.app/delete-account). We may end or limit access if these terms are violated.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and note meaningful changes in the app. Continuing to use HustleBuddy means you accept the updated terms.
